Tony is the Director of Agriculture of Urban Harvest STL
Tony is a dedicated leader, educator, and community advocate, with a deep passion for expanding food access, strengthening community relationships, and creating healthier, more connected communities through fresh, locally grown food. With a strong belief that agriculture can be a powerful tool for empowerment and change, Tony has devoted both his professional and personal life to cultivating sustainable food systems and uplifting the people they serve.
Tony holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education: Administration, bringing a unique combination of educational leadership, agricultural expertise, and grassroots community engagement to his work. His diverse background spans food production, community organizing, mentorship, and advocacy, allowing him to connect with individuals from all walks of life and inspire meaningful impact.
In addition to his leadership role, Tony owns and operates his own farms, where he continues to apply his extensive farming knowledge and hands-on experience. His practical understanding of agriculture enables him to educate and mentor others in sustainable growing practices, food sovereignty, and community-based farming initiatives. Tony is committed not only to feeding communities today, but also to equipping future generations with the knowledge and skills needed to continue building stronger, healthier communities for years to come.
