Liz is the Executive Director of Urban Harvest STL, where she leads efforts to cultivate a more sustainable, equitable food system in St. Louis. With a deep passion for urban agriculture and community-driven solutions, she brings creative leadership and a commitment to building strong relationships throughout the local food landscape.

Prior to joining Urban Harvest STL, she served as the Operations Director at City Greens Market, where she worked closely with small, family-owned farms and focused on making fresh, local food accessible to all. Her work is rooted in a belief that everyone deserves access to nourishing food—and that vibrant, resilient communities grow where we invest in people and the land.

A runner, backyard gardener, and lover of spicy food, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her rescue dog and unwinding with cozy mystery novels. Whether in the garden or at the table, she is always eager to connect, collaborate, and cultivate something new.
