Kerr FOOD ROOF — Urban Harvest STL

In partnership with the William A. Kerr Foundation, we converted their sedum green roof into a thriving FOOD ROOF featuring one hydroponic tower, 35 modular smart pots, 6 railing planters and 1 edible living wall. On behalf of the Foundation, we donate the produce grown at the Kerr FOOD ROOF to our donation partners.

Since 2016, Urban Harvest STL has supported Fresh Starts Community Garden, an award-winning organic community garden in the JeffVanderLou neighborhood. Founded in 2009 by the dynamic Ms. Rosie Willis, it is home to a vibrant community of gardeners

Thank you to our terrific volunteers from Burns and Mac they did an amazing job. They pruned the rest of the berries, weed whacked and sheet mulched the walkway.
